Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to the email provided with the order . We strive to have all orders shipped out within 2 business days, but some orders may be delayed due to order volume and other factors that impact our processing times. 

All shipping timelines listed on the website are estimated by the carrier. Many circumstances may affect delivery such as weather and order volume. Once a package leaves our facility, we don’t have any control over how quickly the package arrives. Shipping times are not guaranteed but we work very hard to make sure we do all we can on our end for you to receive your order. 

We ship Monday - Friday. If your order is placed on a weekend, your order will begin processing on the following business day.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship world-wide! The shipping price varies based on details like weight, destination and shipping service. Our various shipping options and prices are displayed during checkout: USPS and UPS options.

International shipping 

**International customers: Certain countries charge additional customs fees and taxes upon arrival. Please check your country’s specific import regulations to avoid unexpected charges.
**USPS First Class International shipping is the most affordable method, however shipping can take 3-6 weeks for delivery.
**UPS International shipping, although a faster service, will often have “broker fees” and other charges besides your countries custom fees/taxes. 

Refunds and Returns

Can an item be returned/refunded?

Yes! To be eligible for a return or refund your item(s) must be:

- Within 30 days of receiving the item

- Unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it

- No trace of animal hair, deodorant, makeup, strong smells such as perfumes, body odor, smoke or laundry detergent.

Please allow 48-72 hours for processing. You will be notified of the final status of your return, and will either receive a refund or an option for repurchase. Your refund, if approved, will include the original shipping rate.

Can I exchange a shirt/hoodie for a different size?


Please include your order number.

Make sure to indicate which shirt/hoodie and size you need.

Send us a picture of the tracking number and we will ship out the requested item.

For exchanges, the customer must cover the shipping cost in the case of exchanging for a different size. Be sure to carefully review the provided item sizing charts before placing an order.

What if I received a damaged/incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at within 7 days of receiving your package so that we can exchange your item for a new one. Damaged or incorrect items after this timeline may not be eligible for return or exchange.

In your email, please include:

- Your order number

- The name on the order

- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

- A brief description of the issue 

If your item is damaged or incorrect, do not wash or wear the item(s)! Once you have washed or worn your item(s) it may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

General Info


We use the sizing chart provided by the brand of shirt/hoodie and include a sizing chart with each style as brands/sizing varies. We have also noticed that sizing can differ from shirt to shirt. Please reach out to us for additional information or suggestions for sizing. 

Most shirts/hoodies:

YXS fits average 4-5 yr old 

Ys  fits average 6-7 yr old 

YM  fits average 8-9 yr old 

YL  fits average 10-12 yr old 

Adult Small is a similar size to Youth XL and is recommended for average sized 13-15 yr old.


60%cotton/40% polyester will not shrink. 

100% cotton shirts, although pre-shrunk, may still shrink a little more. Please choose accordingly. 

Tie-dye shirts are 100% cotton. They are made specifically for the Craftee brand and with ALL tie-dye shirts, each one is unique and may not look exactly like the photo on the website. Also, with the additional washing/drying during the dying process we find that the shirts run a little on the small side.
